FAULT - Trouble shooting and how to get in touch

GLOW DREAMING HUMIDIFIER TROUBLESHOOTING

Firstly, please reset the Glow Dreaming unit as instructed.

  1. Unplug the unit
  2. Empty any remaining water out
  3. Clean the unit
  4. Let it stand unplugged for around 30 mins
  5. Plug back in and turn on

If this does not resolve the issue, please see troubleshooting below

Why is my humidifier not working?

  1. Is there water in the tank?
  2. Have you switched on the timer function? See below graphic

Why is my unit switching off?

When using the timer function 2hrs, 4hrs, and 10hrs if you wish to use the Humidifier along with the led light and pink noise and don’t want the Glow to turn off when the water runs out make sure you set the timer to 10hrs. This will ensure that when the water runs out the led light and the pink noise will stay on.

If you use the 2hr or 4hr function the entire unit will switch off after this time.

Why is my Glow Dreaming unit leaking?

Unless there is a physical crack inside the Glow unit the only way that Glow can leak water is if the unit is filled above the MAX line that is indicated below in the image. If the water exceeds this MAX line when you switch on the humidifier there may be water that comes out of the mouth of the Glow Dreaming unit.

GLOW DREAMING PINK NOISE TROUBLESHOOTING

Firstly, please reset the Glow Dreaming unit as instructed.

  1. Unplug the unit
  2. Empty any remaining water out
  3. Clean the unit
  4. Let it stand unplugged for around 30 mins
  5. Plug back in and turn on

If this does not resolve the issue, please see troubleshooting below

If after you have reset the unit and your Pink noise is still unresponsive, please reach out to our customer care team here  https://help.glowdreaming.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new and follow the guidelines below.

To resolve this as quickly and efficiently as we can please send through the following details with your request:

  1. Your original order number so we can identify you. If you no longer have access to this please send through your full name, email, and address you used in your original order and we should be able to find you that way. 
  2. Please describe the fault in as many details as possible
  3. Where applicable please provide us with a video no longer than 30 seconds 
  4. If unable to capture the fault via a video we may request the Glow unit back for testing. 

OUT OF WARRANTY PERIOD

If your Glow Dreaming falls out of the warranty period please reach out to us anyway. We will do everything we can to help and assist you.
