30 day refund policy and how it works

When purchasing the Glow Premium Bundle, you have a 30 Night Guarantee. 

We back our product with a 30-night, money-back guarantee. No questions asked. This guarantee is to give you the security and comfort you feel when making your purchase and begins the day you receive your Glow Dreaming in the mail. We are confident that we will bring you the sleep you need, but in case it’s not for you, you can reach out in this time frame and receive a full refund.

Once you receive the Glow Premium Bundle open it up and run it with the recommended settings for 6 nights  Find your settings here. You will have also received an email to start your ICRA 14-day sleep program. Please ensure you fill this in accurately to ensure you get the best sleep report. 

It is not at all uncommon for your little one to initially be more unsettled using the Glow Dreaming. You are introducing a sleep aid that works on all our senses smell, sight, and sound. If after 6 nights your little one is still unsettled please reach out to us and we will work with you on perhaps changing the settings up for you. 

As part of the Premium bundle purchase, you also have access to our sleep specialists for some one-on-one help for a further 7 days. We strongly recommend you follow your sleep program and the recommendations on your report for the full 14 days before you reach out. 

From the day your Glow is delivered to your door, right up until the 30th day, we will refund you at any time. If you are unsatisfied with the results, you will need to Contact Us before the end of the 30 days to request your refund.

Before contacting us about a refund, however, we do recommend talking to one of our Glow Sleep Specialists and beginning the Sleep Support Program so that they can customise a solution for you and your child. Customers that work with our Glow Sleep Support Program find incredible success. With over 80,000 success sleep stories that back every decision made in regards to your Sleep Program, we are confident that we can find a solution that will help your family get the sleep they need.

If you do go through with the refund policy, we must receive a tracking number from Australia Post. If we do not receive a tracking number we will be unable to process your refund. We will process the refund within 2-5 business days of receiving the unit back.

This is only applicable to the Glow Premium Bundle ($149.95). If you purchased the Glow Bundle ($119.95) please note that the 30 Night Guarantee is not part of your bundle and you will not be eligible for a refund.


Return postage is done at the customer's expense as we do not provide returns labels in this instance. We are only able to refund the amount of the Glow Dreaming Starter Pack. If you have ordered express we are unable to refund shipping costs, we apologise for the inconvenience
