The Glow Dreaming units come with a 12mth warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers any mechanical or technical fault your Glow Dreaming may have that hasn't been caused due to user error or misuse.
Depending on the fault we may ask for the unit to be returned for testing before a new unit is sent out.
If the fault is unable to be captured via a clear video we will require to have the Glow sent back to us to test.
Glow Dreaming will pay for the return shipping of any faulty unit. When a new one is sent out the faulty Glow Dreaming must be sent back to us within 5 working days unless an extension has been granted. Failure to do so may incur an additional fee to the value of the extra unit.
