Warranty/Fault - how long is the Glow warranty?

The warranty covers any mechanical or technical fault your Glow Dreaming may have that hasn't been caused due to user error or misuse.

A fault of the Glow Dreaming unit means that one or more of the functions of the Glow Dreaming do not work.
This includes any issues you may have with the LED Light, the Pink Noise or the Humidifier. All of the faults of a Glow Dreaming unit can be identified through video.
If you believe your Glow Dreaming unit is faulty, but you cannot showcase the fault through a video, you can reach out to a customer care team member where we will be provided an Australia Post returns label for you to return your Glow Dreaming for further view.
If your unit has not been identified as 'faulty' prior to its return to us, Glow Dreaming are not liable to send you a replacement unit until (if/when) your unit has been declared faulty.
If/when your unit has been deemed 'faulty', you will then receive a new unit. If your Glow Dreaming has been examined and the conclusive result is 'not faulty' and the reasoning for the issues with your unit fall under the category of 'user error or misuse', your original unit will be returned to you.

Glow Dreaming will pay for the return shipping of any faulty unit. When a new one is sent out the faulty Glow Dreaming must be sent back to us within 5 working days unless an extension has been granted. Failure to do so may incur an additional fee to the value of the extra unit.

 

Some tips to try if you are having issues with your Glow Dreaming unit:

 

Try to reset your Glow. To do this is very easy simply unplug the Glow, empty any water out and leave it to stand unplugged for around 15-20 minutes. This will reset the Glow unit. 

The touchpads are very sensitive and when pressing them to require at least 1-2 seconds between each touch. If you are pressing over and over again this will automatically shut down the Glow and it will not work and require a reset as per instructions above.
