Returns, Refund & Exchanges
If you thought we were joking we weren’t!!
We strongly believe in the ability of Glow Dreaming to help your children sleep. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding return shipping) for any Glow Dreaming unit for up to 28 days from the day your Glow Dreaming arrives.
Just make sure you contact us via the customer care platform before sending the product back to us. This ensures there are no delays to your refund when your Glow is returned.
Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are being returned to us.
Note that any returns arriving in damaged condition will not be refundable. Please make sure that all of the pieces that you received come back including the Glow Dreaming unit, the Twinkle Star organic essential oil and the small jug. If all items are not returned then there will be no refund.
Please contact us before returning to ensure we are aware and prepared to deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible.
